BMW F10 M5 F06 F12 F14 M6 Upgraded Rear Differential Bracket
For those with the F10 M5 or F06 F12 F13 M6 pushing past 800 rwhp or running stock power levels, the factory cast aluminum rear differential bracket proved to be a weak point in the vehicle. Additionally, the use of the factory rubber bushing within the differential bracket allows unwanted movement of the differential, causing it to twist from the immense torque forces and ultimately put so much stress on the bracket leading to the bracket failing. The massive torque capability of the S63TU is known to break the weak factory differential rear bracket and cause untold damage to the driveline and subframe parts of the vehicle. Our upgraded and reinforced rear differential brace has been developed, tested and proven over the years by several high HP builds, holding up to the challenge and keeping the driveline parts from unwanted movement from torque forces. Our bracket is CNC machined from a solid block of aircraft grade billet aluminum and includes a special bushing and upgraded mounting hardware. This upgraded bracket ultimately translates to a clean and undistorted power transfer to the wheels. The bracket includes a proprietary design bushing within the bracket that absorbs unwanted noise, vibration and harmonics and at the same time rigid enough to not allow any flexing of the differential.
