This is the follow up product to our successful Unicorn Egg Rear Differential Bushing Kit, in pursuit of taming the unwanted flex and movement of the drivetrain due to the inadequate support provided by the factory rubber bushings. This newly developed and redesigned transfer case bushing replaces the factory transfer case OEM rubber bushing which allows too much flex and movement of the transfer case and transmission due to the hard shifts and torque pulls generated by the drivetrain. This unwanted flex and movement leads to the premature failure of the factory transfer case bushing causing additional stress on the transmission bracket and driveshaft. This upgraded transfer case bushing works beautifully in combination with our Unicorn Egg Differential Rear Bushing kit.
During the lengthy R&D stage, we tested different materials and geometry design to find the optimal combination and ratio of the materials to come up with a solution that will not add noise, vibration and harmonics and at the same time, control the movement of the transmission, transfer case and driveshaft during hard launches and hard shifts. After 12 months of trial and error, we are extremely proud to provide the community with a solution that will give the owners the confidence to put down the power without the fear of destroying their drivetrain. As mentioned previously, this new upgraded transfer case bushing will work beautifully and complement the Unicorn Egg Differential bushing kit that most owners have already installed in their vehicles.
